Professional Services

Clinical Supervision

I provide systemic supervision and consultation for counsellors, psychotherapists, and professionals working in helping roles.

Supervision offers a dedicated space to reflect on your work, develop your practice, and ensure you feel supported in managing both the clinical and emotional aspects of your role.

My supervision style is:

  • Collaborative and reflective

  • Ethically grounded

  • Attuned to both practitioner and client/system needs

I have experience supervising professionals across a range of settings, including education, healthcare, and voluntary sector services.

Supervision can support:

  • Clinical thinking and formulation

  • Working with complexity and risk

  • Professional development and confidence

  • Managing emotional impact and maintaining wellbeing

Working in roles that support others can be deeply meaningful, but also emotionally demanding. Without space to think, reflect, and process, the impact of this work can build over time.

As a supervisor I am trained to Post Graduate level in both Systemic and Low Intensity supervision over three years.

Reflective Practice for Organisations

Reflective practice provides a psychologically informed space for staff to step back from the pace of their work and make sense of their experiences.

This is particularly valuable in environments where:

  • Staff are managing high levels of emotional demand

  • Teams are navigating change or uncertainty

  • There are complex relationships with children, families, or clients

  • Patterns feel stuck or difficult to shift

My approach is grounded in systemic and trauma-informed thinking. Rather than focusing on “fixing” problems, sessions support teams to:

  • Notice patterns and relational dynamics

  • Explore different perspectives

  • Understand emotional responses to the work

  • Develop thoughtful, sustainable ways forward

Reflective practice can strengthen team cohesion, reduce burnout, and support more confident, attuned professional responses.

Sessions are typically delivered in 2-hour groups and can be offered as a short-term package or ongoing provision on-line or face to face.

For organisations, reflective spaces can be a vital part of maintaining a healthy, effective workforce.

I offer:

  • Team reflective practice

  • Leadership reflective spaces

  • Support during organisational change

  • Trauma-informed consultation

These sessions help teams move from reactive working to more thoughtful, contained, and sustainable practice.

Approach

My work is informed by:

  • Systemic psychotherapy

  • Attachment theory

  • Trauma-informed practice

I bring over 19 years’ experience across the NHS, voluntary sector, and private practice as a trainer, practitioner and manager. Alongside my private work, I am a Senior Systemic Psychotherapist and Supervisor within CAMHS. My previous career in retail encompassing all elements of the business navigating challenges and changes also informs my role. My NHS role is distinct from my Private work.

My aim is to offer a space that is both containing and thoughtfully challenging, supporting individuals and teams to reflect, grow, and move forward with greater clarity.
